For the first time ever, the Shenk Family is growing their own food. Woo hoo! Unfortunately, we’re not very good at it… yet! (Here’s hoping that experience will be the best teacher next spring.) We had a small amount of success growing peas and we were able to harvest about 3 spoonfuls. Yes, that’s right, 3 whole spoonfuls! Being the darling of our little family, Michelle got most of that and here they are eating them up with a big smile on their face because they were delicious!!
