For the first time ever, the Shenk Family is growing their own food. Woo hoo! Unfortunately, we’re not very good at it… yet! (Here’s hoping that experience will be the best teacher next spring.) We had a small amount of success growing peas and we were able to harvest about 3 spoonfuls. Yes, that’s right, 3 whole spoonfuls! Being the darling of our little family, James got most of that and here he is eating them up with a big smile on his face because they were delicious!!
