This meal should be considered the “State Meal” of West Virginia. As such, we have it for dinner about once a month now that Grandpa Landers is living with us. A couple of nights ago, Michelle was introduced to it, and they are clearly a fan.

Here’s how things looked towards the end of the meal… and yes, that is a bean on top of their head. They deliberately placed it there, for reasons known only to themself.

This is the point where they headed off to the bath, full and happy, and a true Mountaineer at heart!
