This meal should be considered the “State Meal” of West Virginia. As such, we have it for dinner about once a month now that Grandpa Landers is living with us. A couple of nights ago, James was introduced to it, and he is clearly a fan.

 

Here’s how things looked towards the end of the meal… and yes, that is a bean on top of his head. He deliberately placed it there, for reasons known only to himself.
 

This is the point where he headed off to the bath, full and happy, and a true Mountaineer at heart!
